Purpose Built for Marine Applications
This 51.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery is specifically designed for electric outboard motors, trolling motors, and marine house banks. Storing 5120 watt hours of energy, it provides long runtime on the water without the weight or maintenance of lead acid batteries. The low profile 133mm height allows installation under decks or in tight compartments. IP54 rated SPCC housing resists splashes and dust, while Bluetooth connectivity enables remote monitoring from a smartphone.

Core Electrical Specifications
Nominal voltage is 51.2V with 100Ah rated capacity and total energy of 5120Wh. Internal resistance is ≤30 milliohms. Efficiency reaches 98 percent. Self discharge is less than 5 percent per month. The battery uses 16 cells in series with 1 parallel string (16S1P). Dimensions are 460mm width, 480mm depth, and 133mm height. Weight is 48 kilograms. Terminal type is M8. Housing is SPCC steel with IP54 splash protection. Bluetooth communication is built in for real time monitoring.

Discharge Performance
Continuous discharge current is 150 amps, enough to power a large trolling motor or multiple marine electronics simultaneously. Pulse discharge current reaches 500 amps for less than 500 milliseconds, providing surge current for outboard motor starting or sudden load spikes. BMS discharge cut off voltage is 40V with reconnect at 43.2V. Recommended voltage disconnect is also 40V. Short circuit protection activates within 300 to 800 microseconds.

Charge Parameters
Charging uses the CC CV method with charge voltage range of 56.8V to 58.4V. Recommended float voltage at full charge is 53.2V to 53.6V. The recommended charge current is 25 amps (and also listed as maximum charge current). BMS charge cut off voltage is set to 59.2V, providing a small buffer above the standard 58.4V to accommodate charger variations.

Cycle Life and Reliability
Rated for over 4000 cycles at 1C charge/discharge rate and 80 percent depth of discharge while retaining over 80 percent of original capacity. For a boater who cycles the battery once per day during fishing season, this translates to over 10 years of service. The low self discharge means the battery holds its charge between trips.

Temperature Range
Discharge temperature range is -20°C to 60°C, suitable for cold spring mornings and hot summer days on the water. Charge temperature range is 0°C to 55°C. Storage temperature range is 0°C to 35°C. BMS high temperature cut off is 65°C.

Bluetooth Monitoring
Built in Bluetooth allows connection to a smartphone app. Monitor battery voltage, current, state of charge, temperature, and cycle count in real time. Receive alerts for low voltage or high temperature. No additional monitoring hardware is needed.

Marine Specific Benefits
Compared to lead acid marine batteries, this LiFePO4 battery offers significant advantages. Weight is approximately half of lead acid (48kg vs 90kg+ for equivalent usable capacity). Usable capacity is 100 percent compared to 50 percent for lead acid. Cycle life is 4000+ vs 300-500 for lead acid. No watering, no terminal corrosion, no acid spills, and no explosive hydrogen gas during charging. The battery is sealed and can be mounted in any orientation.
